A: Our non-medical home care services are customized to meet each senior’s particular needs, and can include personal hygiene care, companionship, meal planning and preparation, shopping and other errands, transportation to doctors’ appointments and fun outings, light housekeeping, medication reminders, respite care, specialized dementia care, and many others. A: Each situation is unique, but your goal will become our goal and we will respond as quickly as possible.

A: Because our services are highly personalized, our rates vary based on which services are needed and how many hours are requested. Contact us to schedule a free in-home consultation where we can learn more about your particular situation and provide you with pricing according to your needs.

A: There is no minimum requirement for our services. We’ve available for as much or as little care as needed.

A: For your convenience, we accept cash, major credit cards, ACH withdrawal, long-term care insurance, and some Medicaid Waiver programs.
A: Yes, all of our caregivers are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

A: Our in-depth hiring process includes an in-person interview, employment reference check, criminal background check, and driving record check on each member of our caregiving staff.

A: We’re dedicated to ensuring all of our caregivers have access to full training on a variety of topics related to aging care. We begin with in-office training on our policies and procedures, followed by 14 hours of caregiving-related training, along with bi-annual large group topical training and individualized topical training.

A: We are a locally owned and operated, non-franchise, family business that has been around for over 36 years.
